My experience at McCarthy Hyundai Blue Springs was amazing. Gaith was probably one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. I was looking for a very specific car that no one in the area had in stock, but he told me that if the car became available, he would call me, but that it might be a while. He also put me on the waiting list for the next set of allocations so I could at least get one of those when they came in over the next few months. BUT....the exact car I wanted became available and he called immediately to let me know. We were out of town for the Thanksgiving Holiday and couldn't do business with him in person so negotiate the sale. So he took on the task to help us get this car by working with us through phone calls, emails and text messages. He even sent me a video of him giving me a tour of the car. And that was not only helpful but his personality was awesome and I could see that through the video. I felt like I was in great hands.
G was super helpful, reassuring, and very informative. His communication style and knowledge was excellent and put me at ease. Since we were out of town, we weren't able to run over and buy the car the day he called, but he and Gabe (Finance Mgr) worked it out to hold the car for me. Which isn't usually done, so it was a big favor that I really appreciated. G really did a fantastic job of letting me know everything I needed to know and was extremely friendly. His customer service was Five-Star all the way and I would recommend that anyone needing a car work with him.
Once we returned to town, we were able to get to the dealership and do all the paperwork and work with G to get everything taken care of. From the time we walked in the door he made me feel welcome and confident that I was getting a good car and a good deal. He also was complimentary of us and really seemed like an honest, trustworthy friend from start to finish. He went over all the car details with me from top to bottom and made sure to let me know that I could call him at any time if I needed anything at all, even after I drove the car off the lot.
Again, this was a wonderful experience, and I am so excited about my new SUV. It's a fabulous car, but it's so much more special because of G and his attention and SUPER customer care and I want to emphasize the CARE part of that word, because I felt cared for the entire time. I didn't feel like he was in it to just make money, but that he wanted to make sure I had everything I wanted and needed as well. G is a class act, and I can't speak highly enough of his professional and personal service.
